डॉ. सजीत प्रधान संगठनात्मक व्यवहार एवं मानव संसाधन प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी), खड़गपुर से नेतृत्व के क्षेत्र में पीएचडी की उपाधि प्राप्त की है तथा केआईआईटी विश्वविद्यालय से मानव संसाधन में एमबीए किया है। उन्होंने यूजीसी-नेट भी उत्तीर्ण किया है।

डॉ. सजीत को शिक्षण, प्रशिक्षण और परामर्श के क्षेत्र में बीस वर्षों से अधिक का अनुभव है। वे एक प्रसिद्ध व्यवहार प्रशिक्षक हैं और विभिन्न संगठनों में 8,000 से अधिक प्रशिक्षण घंटों का समृद्ध अनुभव रखते हैं। उन्होंने इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (IOCL), एल&टी (हेवी सिविल एवं WET), UDS, आदित्य बिड़ला (ओपस पेंट्स), HPCL, CPCL, मझगांव डॉक शिपबिल्डर्स लिमिटेड, TAFE, TMTL, रेलटेल, BEML, एक्ज़िम बैंक, IDBI, NHPC, GAIL, पेट्रोनेट LNG लिमिटेड, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो, भारतीय सशस्त्र बल, केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (CBDT), वेरिटास फाइनेंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, तेलंगाना राज्य सहकारी एपेक्स बैंक लिमिटेड (TSCAB), ORG MARG–AC Nielsen, KIIT विश्वविद्यालय तथा DAV स्कूलों जैसे अनेक प्रतिष्ठित संगठनों के अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया है।

उन्होंने 50 से अधिक देशों के सरकारी अधिकारियों और कॉर्पोरेट प्रबंधकों को प्रशिक्षित किया है। डॉ. सजीत भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान इंदौर, आईआईएम कोझीकोड, आईआईएम रोहतक तथा आईआईटी खड़गपुर जैसे प्रमुख संस्थानों में विज़िटिंग फैकल्टी भी रहे हैं।

उन्होंने 32 ABDC/ABS-सूचीबद्ध शोध लेख प्रकाशित किए हैं, जिनके 2,450 से अधिक उद्धरण प्राप्त हुए हैं। उनके शोध कार्य इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ कॉन्फ्लिक्ट मैनेजमेंट, जर्नल ऑफ एंटरप्राइज इंफॉर्मेशन मैनेजमेंट, पर्सनल रिव्यू, जर्नल ऑफ नॉलेज मैनेजमेंट, ऑनलाइन इंफॉर्मेशन रिव्यू, एविडेंस-बेस्ड HRM, इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ प्रोडक्टिविटी एंड परफॉर्मेंस मैनेजमेंट, जर्नल ऑफ ऑर्गनाइजेशनल चेंज मैनेजमेंट, इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ ऑर्गनाइजेशनल एनालिसिस, IIMB रिव्यू तथा कंज़्यूमर बिहेवियर इन टूरिज़्म एंड हॉस्पिटैलिटी जैसी प्रतिष्ठित पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हुए हैं। उनका विद्वतापूर्ण कार्य BBC Worklife में भी प्रकाशित हुआ है।

पूर्व में, वे IIMT जर्नल ऑफ मैनेजमेंट के संस्थापक संपादक तथा ग्लोबल बिजनेस रिव्यू (SCOPUS, ABDC) और इमर्जिंग इकोनॉमी स्टडीज़ (SAGE) जैसी पत्रिकाओं के एसोसिएट एडिटर के रूप में भी कार्य कर चुके हैं।
