Post Graduate Programmes

PGPM (MBA)

The two-year full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management is the flagship programme of IIMT and it's objective is to develop young women and men into competent professional managers.

PGPM HR (MBA HR)

Post-Graduate Programme in Management-Human Resources is a two-year full-time programme launched in 2020 and is the first domain-specific programme of IIMT.

PGPBM (MBA for Working Executives)

The Post Graduate Programme in Business Management at the Chennai Campus is to groom working executives who aspire to move into senior leadership roles.

Doctoral Programmes

Ph.D (Doctoral Programme)

The Doctoral Programme in Management is a full-time residential doctoral programme that offers students opportunities for research in different areas of Management.

Executive Ph.D (Executive Doctoral Programme)

The Executive Doctoral Programme in Management is a non-residential doctoral programme designed for senior executives from various sectors.

Executive Education

In-Company MDP

EEC is engaging with various Organizations, Corporates, Government Bodies / Departments at both State as well as Central levels Public Sector Enterprises, and Technical Institutions, to conduct in company MDPs

Open MDP

Open MDPs are to equip working executives and practicing managers with the necessary skills and capabilities to fathom the macro and micro environment of business.

Online @ IIMT

The online programmes are delivered through online platform viz. Direct to Device during weekends. The duration of the certificate courses would be between 9 to 12 months

Accreditation

IIM Tiruchirappalli's PGPM, PGPM-HR and PGPBM programmes were accredited by the Association of MBAs on September 27, 2022.

IIM Tiruchirappalli obtained membership of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business on May 3, 2023.

Faculty

IIM Trichy has 53 full-time faculty members. We also invite visiting faculty members to share their expertise for the domain-specific elective courses. In addition to the teaching responsibilities, the faculty members are actively involved in research, consultancy, and administration.
