प्रो. सिरीश कुमार गौड़ा संचालन प्रबंधन एवं निर्णय विज्ञान क्षेत्र में एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान, बैंगलोर से डॉक्टरेट तथा एनआईटी वारंगल से स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की है। उन्हें आपूर्ति श्रृंखला परामर्श, एडटेक और वित्तीय समावेशन के क्षेत्रों में पूर्व कार्य अनुभव प्राप्त है।

उनके कई शोध लेख यूरोपियन जर्नल ऑफ़ ऑपरेशनल रिसर्च, ट्रांसपोर्टेशन रिसर्च: पार्ट ई, इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ़ प्रोडक्शन इकोनॉमिक्स तथा इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ़ प्रोडक्शन रिसर्च जैसी प्रमुख संचालन प्रबंधन पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं। उन्होंने अपने शोध कार्य कई राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलनों में भी प्रस्तुत किए हैं।

उन्होंने प्रक्रिया सुधार, परिचालन नेतृत्व, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला प्रबंधन, आपूर्ति श्रृंखला विश्लेषण तथा सतत संचालन के क्षेत्रों में कई कॉर्पोरेट संगठनों को प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया है।
