अरुलनंथा प्रभु पी. एम. भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान, तिरुचिरापल्ली (त्रिची), भारत में संचालन प्रबंधन एवं निर्णय विज्ञान क्षेत्र के संकाय सदस्य हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान, अहमदाबाद से उत्पादन एवं मात्रात्मक विधियों के क्षेत्र में पीएच.डी. की उपाधि प्राप्त की है।
आईआईएम तिरुचिरापल्ली में शामिल होने से पहले, उन्होंने दो वर्षों तक भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान, रांची में अध्यापन किया। उनके शोध पत्र यूरोपियन जर्नल ऑफ़ ऑपरेशनल रिसर्च, इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ़ प्रोडक्शन इकोनॉमिक्स तथा इंटरनेशनल जर्नल ऑफ़ प्रोडक्शन रिसर्च जैसी प्रमुख अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हुए हैं।
वे संचालन प्रबंधन, संचालन अनुसंधान तथा व्यावसायिक सांख्यिकी विषय पढ़ाते हैं।
