OVERVIEW

The Post Graduate Programme in Management – Human Resources (PGPM-HR), also conferred as an MBA-HR, is a two-year full-time residential programme launched by IIM Tiruchirappalli in 2020. It is the Institute's first domain-specific programme and the only IIM-offered MBA with a dedicated focus on Human Resource Management.
The programme aims to develop young women and men into competent HR professionals capable of working in any sector of organised activity, providing leadership, and achieving excellence in performance while contributing to the welfare of the larger society.

ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission process of IIM Tiruchirappalli considers the candidate’s performance in CAT, performance in Personal Interview (PI) and Written Analysis Test (WAT), academic record, and relevant work experience. For details visit Admission Policy page.
