PLACEMENT CHAIR'S MESSAGE
Dear Recruiter,
Warm greetings from the IIM Tiruchirappalli community.
As we complete 15 years of institution-building and step confidently into our 16th year of service, I extend my sincere gratitude to our recruiter partners for their continued trust and association. Your consistent engagement over the years has played a vital role in shaping our programmes, pedagogy, and student preparedness in line with evolving industry expectations.
It is with pride that we present our PGPM and PGPM-HR cohorts—large, vibrant, and meaningfully diverse batches that reflect the academic rigor, inclusivity, and professional maturity that define IIM Trichy today. The current placement season features 528 participants from the 2025–27 batch (Summer Placements) and 412 participants from the 2024–26 batch (Final Placements), collectively bringing depth of talent across functions, industries, and roles.
Our placement outcomes—now formally audited as part of our data integrity milestone—reflect the collective efforts of our students, faculty, alumni, and recruiter partners. Over the years, we have seen strong and sustained interest from organisations across consulting, strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations, analytics, and emerging domains, reinforcing the confidence that the industry places in IIM Trichy graduates.
On a personal note, this placement season has been particularly gratifying. It has been a pleasure to meet many of our recruiter partners in person on campus, engage in meaningful conversations, and strengthen relationships that go well beyond transactional hiring. These interactions reaffirm our belief that placements are not merely about outcomes, but about long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual value creation.
The success of Daksha 4.0 – Leadership Conclave (January 2026) further exemplified this spirit of collaboration, bringing together industry leaders, thinkers, and practitioners to engage in rich dialogue with our students and faculty. As we look ahead, we are excited about Daksha 5.0, and I warmly invite industry leaders to be a part of this growing platform for ideas, leadership, and shared learning.
