Pedagogy

IIM Trichy-SHRM programme will be offered in a hybrid mode with one in-campus module and the rest delivered in a synchronous learning mode via a studio infrastructure.

One campus visit total for 3 days which will be held in person at IIM Trichy campus.

The pedagogy for IIM Trichy-SHRM programme will be a blend of workshop, case study, experiential learning through project and lectures. Further, learn to unlock how to run data analysis and statistical techniques using SPSS tool.

Participants are required to read the various course materials (a mix of class lecture notes and pre-reads), assimilate and participate in the class discussions.

The course evaluation will involve an online exam for each module.
