Dr. Krishna Teja Perannagari is a seasoned academic and customer advocate with a strong background in marketing, customer management strategies, and analytics. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, an MBA in Marketing from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the same institution.

In his academic career, Dr. Perannagari has held positions as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and the Jagdish Sheth School of Management, Bengaluru. He has also served as an Assistant Post-Doctoral Fellow at MICA, Ahmedabad, and as a Visiting Faculty at Doon Business School, Dehradun.

Complementing his academic expertise with industry exposure, Dr. Perannagari has worked as a Junior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, Hyderabad, and completed an internship at Samba through the Google Summer of Code Program.

His scholarly contributions include publications in reputed journals such as the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management and the Journal of Public Affairs. He has also authored book chapters on topics including “Recent Trends in Digital Infrastructure in India” and “Mapping the Intellectual Structure of Artificial Neural Network Research in the Business Domain.”

Dr. Perannagari has played a key role in organizing major academic conferences, including the AIM–AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium and the International Communication Management Conference. His commitment to sustainable management is reflected in his role as the organizer of the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in 2018.
