Shubham Singh holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). His thesis titled “Strategic Transformation of Supply Chains Through Technological Knowledge Management” studies innovation in global supply chain networks using large datasets and econometric models. It also analyses coopetition strategy between firms using game theory. He was the winner of the Mirae Asset scholarship during his doctoral program at IIM Bangalore. He completed his B.Tech from HBTI Kanpur.

He has three years of industry experience at Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), Gurugram, India. He worked in the Production Engineering (PE) division and was responsible for new model introduction, facility modifications, and automation-related projects across multiple manufacturing plants. His work included projects related to digitization of production facilities and implementation of new technologies. He has also served as a faculty member at T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), teaching courses in Operations Management and Business Statistics.

Research Interests: Agentic AI in Supply Chains, Supply Chain Analytics, Digitization and Technology Strategy in Supply Chains, Innovation in Supply Networks.
