Rajesh is an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations Management & Decision Sciences at IIM Tiruchirappalli.  He previously worked as an Assistant Professor at ABV-IIITM Gwalior. He has completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) and a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST (ISRO)), Trivandrum. He works in supply chain risk management, resilience, sustainability, decision-making, and grey theory. Currently, he has an h-index of 31 (Google Scholar) and over 4200+ citations (Google Scholar).
