Executive Programme in Leadership and Change Management (EPLCM)-02Programme OverviewWhile ‘change’ has been the most consistent element of an organisation, research tells us that most change initiatives fail to achieve the desired objectives. One primary reason for this failure is the lack of skills among the managers involved in the change process. It’s passé that managers were valued for their functional skills; they at best got you where you are today. What is most likely to take you to the next level and help you to grow is the ability to anticipate, strategise, and execute the phenomenon called change. The Leadership and Change Management programme attempts to sensitise you to see change as a daily occurrence (versus an event) and will abreast you with leadership competencies which will keep you abreast of leadership competencies to help you lead transformational change in your organisational environment. Addressing change is a symbiotic process, necessary for organisations as well as for their leaders – to realise and embrace change in order to stay relevant. EPLCM is precisely aimed to address this growing need. |

Pedagogy
- Concept-based lectures.
- Case discussions – text and video cases
- All participants will be connected through Google Classroom for support on additional readings, reference materials, and assessments
- Throughout the course, participants will have the flexibility to connect with the teaching faculty during the class or offline via Google Classroom
- The project work is an integral part of this learning engagement. It will commence after the first two courses under the guidance of the programme faculty. It will conclude with the project presentation, which will be scheduled during the campus visit. This would be a graded component.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD] awarded by
- Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament (or)
- Institutions declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, (or)
- Possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India
Minimum post qualification experience of 3 years is desirable
Reservations will be provided to eligible candidates as per Government of India norms
