BRIEF PROFILE
I am a third-year doctoral student in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy). I am working in the area of sensemaking in organisations and have been pursuing research on sensemaking in organisational change contexts. I am committed to work on producing research that can lead to implications for organizations undergoing change and contribute to the growing stream of literature in sensemaking and organisational change.
