Ph.d (IIT Madras)

Dr. Renjith is an Assistant Professor in the Economics & Public Policy area at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. Prior to joining IIM Tiruchirappalli, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. His research focuses on economic geography and international trade. His work has been published in reputed international journals such as Journal of Policy Modeling, Economic Systems, The Indian Economic Journal, Economic & Political Weekly, and Transnational Corporations Review. Dr. Renjith has also received external research projects from the Indian Council of Social Science Research and the Asian Development Bank Institute. His current research interests include foreign direct investment, global value chains, economic geography, MSMEs, and innovation.
