The PG Certificate Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a one year programme curated to enable professionals with an insight into the new age models and frameworks in strategic human resource management.

The second batch for the SHRM programme will be delivered in a hybrid mode with two in-campus modules and the rest delivered in a synchronous learning mode via a studio infrastructure. The participants will get exposure to a blend of case study, workshops, experiential learning using projects and lectures

llM Trichy-SHRM programme will be offered in a hybrid mode with two in-campus modules and the rest delivered in a synchronous learning mode via a studio infrastructure.

The two in-campus visits* will be of 3 days each at the start and end of the program. The synchronous learning classes will be spread over 45 weeks with typically 3 hours of contact time per week , with course evaluation being conducted on Sundays.

The pedagogy for llM Trichy-SHRM programme will be a blend of workshop ,case study, experiential learning through project and lectures.

Participants are required to read the various course materials (a mix of class lecture notes and pre-reads), assimilate and participate in the class discussions

Here, the course evaluation will involve an online exam for each module

Minimum 50% in Graduation from a recognized national or international university

Minimum 45% in Graduation for SC/ST Applicants Minimum 3 years of work experience(after graduation)
